NT You didn't mention the OS. Then again some members have to learn about recording software versus a driver. So it seems you've got some problem. Restart your PC and let Windows re-install these devices.

If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all hp-dt-st system info, including gsa-h220l system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem.
